When I first received my mattress in a box, I had concerns with the box being slightly damaged due to delivery (Ottawa, ON). I immediately called Customer Service, and they were really great at advising me what to do and how to handle the situation. After opening my bed and allowing it to unfold, I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Extremely comfortable, and beautifully designed. I am very happy with my new bed.
