Really comfortable mattress, not very hard, it is decent firm comfort. Will definetly suggest it to our friends and family.

When I first received my mattress in a box, I had concerns with the box being slightly damaged due to delivery (Ottawa, ON). I immediately called Customer Service, and they were really great at advising me what to do and how to handle the situation.
