All sales on UltraFlexMattress.ca are final, except for manufacturing defect. In that case the product will be replaced or repaired. UltraFlexMattress.ca must be notified within 48 hours of product receipt. Minimum 25% deposit required on each order. Deposits are not refundable. Setup and disposal extra.

If the product(s) arrive in damaged condition, the customer must not accept delivery of the product(s) that have been shipped. In such a circumstance, the product(s) must be returned to the shipper without accepting delivery. In the case that there is any damage with the product(s) received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to notify UltraFlexMattress.ca regarding the damage within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. In such cases, UltraFlexMattress.ca will immediately notify the third party shipping company regarding the damage, and the third party shipping company will investigate the shipment of those products through their claims department. The customer will be responsible for storing the product(s) at the address where the items were delivered, until the third party shipping company's investigation through their claims department is complete. All refunds to the customer will be on hold until the claims process is complete.
